Refund
- If there is any form of refund, it will only be credited to your Printedly e-Wallet which you can use for your future purchase.
- Please allow up to 7 process days for credit to reflect in your e-wallet.
- Refunds in the form of cash are strictly not available.
Return
If you encounter any issues with your product(s), please take multiple photos highlighting the problem and contact our support team to initiate assistance.
Our support team will provide a resolution, which may qualify for a return and reprint.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging. Please do not return the product(s) before contacting us about the issue.
Procedure of Returning the products:
- Return Shipment:
- Send the product back to our appointed warehouse.
- Assessment:
- Our staff will highlight the issue to our production team and await their findings, which typically take 1-2 working days (this period may be longer depending on the nature of the problem).
- Status Update:
- Our staff will provide you with updates on the status of your return & reprint.
- Reprint Qualification:
- If your product qualifies for a reprint, we will proceed with reprinting it. The normal production timeline will commence on the next working day after the reprint is approved.
